Mobile Command Centre
Immediate responses are critical whether the job relates to fire, wind, water or smoke and with our dedicated Mobile Command Centre we are able to coordinate disaster responses for events throughout Australia. Our Command Centre is self-sufficient with its own water, power sources and supplies often in conditions where there are no available resources. Dedicated mobile and satellite communication resources combined with Network Assist systems and the most experienced staff in the industry ensures your business or home will be back on its feet in no time.
First Response Agreement and Disaster Management Plan
An Australian first is our dedicated First Response Agreement. The FRA ensures guaranteed emergency response tailored for your business and its needs in the event of broken glass, flood, fire or storm damage. For a limited time we are also compiling a Disaster Management plan with every FRA to ensure your business can react effectively when disaster strikes.

Network Assist is an advanced software system that has been designed, tested and used exclusively by our team for over 200,000 projects since its inception 8 years ago. Network Assist works in real time between the client, our office and the appointed contractor to ensure a seamless delivery of instructions and information.
